Our Remanufacturing Process - More Than Just A Paint Job

At Jack Doheny Supplies we have always excelled at the remanufacturing process. Our remanufactured equipment allows one to purchase a sharp and dependable machine at a signifcantly reduced rate. The remanufacturing process includes over 120 separate diagnostic checks including: the reconstruction of the rodder pump, restoration or replacement of the boom assembly, a complete overhaul of the hose reel (including the Rotek bearing), restoration or replacement of the hydraulic system, and an overhaul of the electrical and water systems. Furthermore, we add features that increase productivity; such as pump off systems and cold weather recirc, which are not present on the original machine.

The chassis undergoes a 60 point inspection and all systems are repaired or replaced as needed. A professional paint job completes the remanufacturing process, often to a customer's color specifications. On average we invest 350 hours of labor into a single remanufactured unit to ensure that the finished product is pristine.
